Bus 2- Melton Route - Hwy 328 East- Closed- This route will go to Pocahontas and head into Reyno and do pickup and drop off at the Carpet Store.
Bus 3- West Route - Hwy 115 North to Deantown (7:00 am, 3:45 pm)
Bus 4- Barber Route - Hwy 166, picking up at Supply Store (7:05 am, 3:35 pm) and Barts (7:00 am, 3:40 pm).
Bus 5- Smith Route - Students who live at Ravenden Springs or on Oconee Road need to meet the bus at 6:25 at the Ravenden Springs Church of Christ. Drop off will be at 4:05. Students can also meet Bus 6 at Sullinger’s Drilling, Bus 7 at Harps, or Bus 8 at the Hwy. 231- Hwy. 251 Junction.

Maynard FFA Auction has been rescheduled for May 9 in the High School Gym.
Dismissal Due to Severe Weather After closely monitoring the local radar, we anticipate severe weather conditions during our regular dismissal time. To ensure the safety of our students and the entire school community, we have decided to dismiss school early today. School will dismiss at 1:00 p.m. Elementary car riders will be dismissed at 12:45 p.m. All after-school programs are cancelled. The Maynard School District is accepting applications for a certified Elementary Special Education teacher for Grades K-6. This position is for a self-contained Special Education classroom and will begin, starting with the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. Any interested candidates must be certified in Special Education or willing to obtain certification within the required timeline. This is a 190 day contracted position. This is a reminder to parents that Maynards Christmas program will be Thursday December 5th. The K3 program starts at 5:30 pm. Students need to be seated by 5:20 pm. Grades 4-6 and Junior and Senior bands program starts at 6:30 pm. Students need to be seated by 6:20 pm. Both programs are at the HS gym.
